Where do you ship to?
We currently only serve the continental US for shipping through the site at this time. If you see something you would like to purchase or would like to arrange a commission but need it shipped internationally, we can arrange shipping personally. What if I am local to Denver, CO? Can I pick up in person?
Yes, you can pick up locally to the Denver, Colorado area. Please choose Local Pickup at checkout for your shipping option and we will contact you to arrange a time.
Can I return an item purchased?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, we can only accept returns for items that receive damages during shipment and if the item you purchased was not what you received.
What happens if my pottery breaks in shipping?
We take great care in packing all of our ceramics, but we understand that breakage can happen. Please inform us of the broken piece(s) within 48 hours of shipment received. Send an email to twistedpinepottery@gmail.com with photographs of the damages so we can begin a claim with USPS. You will receive a full refund of purchase and shipping within 7-10 business days or we will happily replace the item at no cost.
