Woodfire
Each piece is uniquely painted by the atmosphere inside the kiln. Wood ash swirls inside the kiln, landing and collecting on the pottery which then melts at extreme heat forming a glazed surface. The flames create a flashing affect as it moves along the curves of the pieces that is stamped in time. Each piece is transformed by the alchemy within the kiln, making them truly unique and one-of-a-kind.
